Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Trainingy
At Trainingy, we are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction to our clients. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness to all parties involved. By enrolling in our services or training programs, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below:
- Cancellation by Participants or Clients
- 1 Training Sessions and Workshops

cancellations made 15 or more business days prior to the scheduled training date:
A refund of 80% of the paid amount will be issued. The remaining 20% will be retained as a processing fee.

For cancellations made between 7 and 14 business days prior to the scheduled training date:
A refund of 50% of the paid amount will be issued.

For cancellations made less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled training date:
No refund will be provided. However, participants may request a transfer to a future session, subject to availability and approval by Trainingy.
- 2 Retreats and Off-Site Programs

For cancellations made 30 or more business days prior to the retreat date:
A refund of 75% of the paid amount will be issued. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover booking and administrative expenses.

For cancellations made between 15 and 29 business days prior to the retreat date:
A refund of 40% of the paid amount will be issued.

For cancellations made less than 15 business days prior to the retreat date:
No refund will be provided.
- 3 Webinars, Online Courses, and Seminars

No refunds will be issued for webinars, online courses, or seminars once the payment is processed. Participants may request access to future sessions of the same program, subject to availability.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling by Trainingy
- 1 Trainingy-Initiated Cancellations
- In the event that Trainingy cancels a session, workshop, or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of the paid amount.
- Rescheduling to a future session or program of equal value.
- 2 Rescheduling by Trainingy
- If a session or program is rescheduled, participants will be notified at least 5 business days in advance. Participants may choose to:
- Attend the rescheduled session.
- Request a full refund if the new date is unsuitable.
- Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to vineet@trainingy.com along with payment proof and registration details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Any costs associated with travel, accommodation, or third-party services booked by the participant for attending a Trainingy session or retreat are non-refundable.
- Materials, resources, or e-learning content accessed or downloaded as part of the training program will not be eligible for refunds.
- Exceptions
Refunds and cancellations for group bookings or corporate programs are subject to separate agreements made during the booking process. Such agreements will supersede the terms mentioned in this document.
